While attending graduate school at UIW, I had the fine opportunity to be coached and educated by Kruti L. I was very impressed by Professor Kruti’s ability to engage and maintain the focus of all her students especially given that these sessions were held at night for mostly working professionals. 

Professor Kruti not only showed us how to apply data analysis into the real word, it became very transparent that she was a subject matter expert in this field and had a long standing profession in this practice. Her teachings were very detailed and precise which challenged her students on putting their best work forward in the data analytics course.  

I had the pleasure of being a doctoral student of Dr. Lehenbauer while at the University of the Incarnate Word. During our interaction, she demonstrated a rare combination of gifts manifested in a genuine concern for the development of her students while simultaneously demanding excellence. Moreover, she used her superior intellect to engage students with critical feedback yet delivered with uncommon humility. 

Dr. Lehenbauer is a leader, coach, and teacher of the highest caliber.

To call myself lucky to have Kruti as a professor during my doctoral studies would be an understatement. Her passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding young students was unmatched. She is one of just a few of my professors that had a lasting impact on my educational success. 

Her will, drive, and ability to draw from experience was both infectious and contagious throughout my cohort – every classmate of mine was excited to attend her classes. Finally, the advice she gave me early on in my studies was absolutely pivotal to my success – I owe much of where I am both personally and professionally to her guidance, vision, knowledge, and mentorship! 

I am a former doctoral student at the University of the Incarnate Word and Dr. Kruti Lehenbauer was my dissertation chair member. I am in awe of her expertise and wisdom and my project would not have been possible without her. There were many times during the process when her encouragement and support provided the only light at the end of the tunnel. 

Thanks to Dr. Lehenbauer, I feel extremely prepared to take on the next project. She was the difference maker in reaching my goal. She has exceptional talents and expertise in many different fields such as teaching and economic analysis, but she is an expert in advanced statistical methods, data analytics, and management science. 

She is simply the best!  

Dr. Lehenbauer taught me Political Economy for my doctoral class at UT-Dallas in 2010. She has expertise in economics and statistics teaching. The quantitative course has enhanced my analytical skills, which I have used daily in my work until now. 

She is my favorite professor, not only because of her knowledge and teaching, but also because of her integrity and kindness. That was my first semester in the United States, and she spent a lot of time helping me adapt to the new study and environment. She cares about the person, whether you are her customer or her student. I am grateful for her guidance and support!
